Simple Things That Can Help Your Mental Health

In the world there are a lot of things that can ruin your mental health, do to that fact me and my friends always do a bunch of things to make it better and always share with each other truth pictures and videos.


Here are some ideas:

-Drink a lot of water (tea or coffee);

-Do yoga (meditation or exercise);

-Take some time for yourself;

-Make a journal;

-Stop talking with people that are no good for you;

-Be closer to the ones you like;

-Eat wel;

-Don't overthink;

-Help someone (if you can);

-Sleep at least 8 hours;

-Laugh;

-Go to a party;

-Make shore your job is somethings that you enjoy;

-Go for a walk and think;

-Read a book;

-Listen to some music;
