(Some tips for your body and mental health)
Drink a lot of water and green tea;
Eat a Big breakfast, average lunch and a tiny dinner;
Eat fruit and vegetables + natural food;
Go for a walk/swim/ bike ride every day;
Read a book... or ten;
Go to bed earlier;
STOP thinking negative thoughts about yourself or others;
Don't dwell on the past;
Enjoy the little things;
Do not compare yourself to others;
Begin Yoga or Meditation;
Do not but things off;
Avoid processed food;
Stretch daily to increase flexibility;
Listen to peaceful music;
Live in a T.I.D.Y space;
Wear clothes that make you happy;
Throw way or donate things you don't need;
Remember that all the efforts you are making now will pay in the end;
Go Outside (more).
